Pupil Premium Strategy
We continue to review and refine our Pupil Premium Strategy to ensure that support for disadvantaged pupils remains closely aligned with the school’s priorities and the needs of our community.
Our current approach is closely linked to our Equality Objectives (https://redlandspri.schooljotter2.com/downloadfile/21256647), which focus on narrowing attainment gaps, improving attendance, strengthening inclusion and supporting vulnerable learners to thrive.
As part of our work across the East Reading Federation, the strategy will be formally reviewed and updated in Summer 2026 to ensure it reflects the next phase of school improvement across our schools.
